Maguro restaurant & sushi bar

Maguro is a sushi and asian fusion restaurant in Zadar Old town. Our mission is to connect asian cuisine with mediterranian flavours. The biggest number of dishes in our menu is from Japanese cuisine, but we also have Thai, Korean and other Asisan cuisines. Preparing our dishes we mostly use groceries from small local farms, which guarantees quality. Tuna is our main grocerie and for all dishes we prepare we use blutail Adriatic tuna which is one of the best tunas in the whole world. We are lucky enough to have tuna farm a few miles from Zadar, so our sushu chef gets fresh tuna every day.
