- Verified profiles: Every restaurant can claim and manage its profile, ensuring accurate information and real communication with guests.
- Reviews that can’t be deleted: Owners cannot remove or edit reviews – every guest’s opinion stays visible. However, owners can respond publicly, giving them a fair chance to explain or thank guests.
- Community-driven growth: By rewarding honest reviews and encouraging fair feedback, we create a stronger connection between guests and venues.
