At Arroi restaurant we combine traditional dishes with Asian cuisine, thereby giving our guests the authenticity of Asian flavours and not making compromises regarding quality in the kitchen. A large proportion of our ingredients, 70% to be precise, come from their countries of origin by plane, which is why the flavours are authentic. Special attention and a great deal of time is dedicated to the preparation of fresh sauces, marinades and mixtures of herbs. The distinctive character of Asian food is in the richness of aromas and flavours. Recipes have their own characteristics and differ from ordinary European recipes. A feature of Asian cuisine is the use of healthy ingredients – a lot of vegetables, rice and fruit. Soya sauce, fish, Japanese horseradish or wasabi, ginger, chilli seasoning, coconut milk, tofu, curry paste and sea algae are all frequently used. Dishes are very light due to their well-balanced composition.
