After many years of working as a chef on cruise ships all over Dalmatia, and abroad, Zdravko Listes finally opened his own restaurant in the center of Split. Come find us at the beautiful downtown Split, Obrov ul. 8. near the fish market. The dishes that we offer are made based on the old nearly forgotten Dalmatian recipes with a modern touch by chef Zdravko. Some of the dishes you can try are Octopus & Cuttlefish stew with fava beans, Croatian lamb stew with peas, Vlajshimi – Dalmatian sushi (Kale rolls with barley and shrimp), and many other daily made surprises.
