Miyabi offers a first-class selection of popular Japanese dishes in an elegant ambience that conjures up a unique atmosphere. The traditional Japanese diet is well balanced, containing lots of fish, fresh vegetables, sour and fermented foods, and small portions of rice. It includes little processed food and less sugar intake. Fresh and selected seasonal ingredients and unusual combinations for our environment create an endless number of dishes.
