Restaurant Stajun as a Mediterranean restaurant in Hvar is located a few steps from main square, but in a quiet enough place that the city noise will not disturb you while you enjoy a glass of wine on our terrace in perfect harmony with the selected dish. As big fans of Dalmatian tradition and cuisine, it is no coincidence that we are located in one of the corners of the charming city streets, providing guests with enough privacy. Menu in our seafood restaurant in Hvar is seasonal and focused on local products obtained from our fishermen, family farms and best winemakers. Our guiding principle is local seasonal food combined with wine. That’s how the restaurant got its name -“Stajun” means the season of something in the Hvar dialect.
